In a thrilling match at the CISCE Under 17 National Cricket Tournament, the young cricketing talents of Kerala showcased their prowess by defeating Jharkhand in a high-stakes clash. The Kerala team, displaying exceptional teamwork and resilience, successfully chased down a target of 98 runs in a 15-over match.

 

Nevin Paul, a star from Mar Athanasius International School, played a pivotal role in securing the victory for his team. His remarkable innings saw him remain unbeaten, scoring an impressive 60 runs off just 50 balls. Nevin's excellent performance not only steered Kerala to victory but also left a lasting impression on cricket enthusiasts.  In recognition of his outstanding contribution,  Nevin Paul was rightfully awarded the 'Man of the Match ' title. 

 

Nevin's unbeaten 60-run knockout helped Kerala register their first triumph in the competition.
